Summary

I am instructed to inform you that you must pay a fine of 10s for leaving your barge Volunteer in the Bristol Road Lock on 3rd Feb, stopping the traffic and almost running the pound empty. The fine is to be paid at once [underlined] to Mr Fallows or a summons will be taken out and the full penalty enforced. I also give you notice that if you lose another ticket (you have lost two just lately) you will be fined 2s 6d for every offence.
