Unless you pay 1s 8d for vessel you passed in and out at Framilode in August a £5 fine will be enforced

Sir I am instructed by the Comtee of the SN to inform you that unless you pay 1^s/8^d for the Boat you passed in & out of the Canal at Framilode at the end of Aug^t last the Penalty of £5 will be enforced against you.
