Asks for copy of Minutes for meeting held at Gloucester 2 March 1878 respecting obstruction to traffic of the River by stone being deposited; also any particulars of opposition to the Bill of 1877 and whether the section of the Bridge has been cause of any lessening of trade up the River. Seeks opinions of any captains of barges operating here & their experience of the Bridge.
