Special Meeting. Insolvency of Thomas Harper, agent for sale of coals at Dudbridge Wharf announced by Mr Edwards, his attorney. Dismissed from his post. Debts to be paid to clerk not Thomas Harper.
Messrs Fisher, Company solicitors, to make application for payment of bond and take Counsel’s opinion on the sureties’ liability.
Clerk to send someone to wharf to prevent further sales of coal.
