Special Meeting. Messrs Fisher to take Counsel’s opinion on case of Thomas Harper and Sarah Harper, sureties and debts.
At a Special Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Saturday the 8^th day of October 1831
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Jos Fisher, M^r S Fisher, D^r Darke, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Wyatt, M^r Holbrow, M^r Stanton, M^r P H Fisher, M^r Wathen.
Ordered that Mess^rs Fisher do take Counsel's Opinion on such matters and points as they shall think proper in relation to the Case of Thomas Harper and Sarah Harper - and their Surities; and to the debts due for Coals sold by Harpers as their Servant, or otherwise.
