Half Yearly General Meeting. Tonnage £3676 1s 5d. Balance after wages, etc, £3327 19s 1d. Dividend of £16 10s declared.

Drawback on all flour and produce of corn carried down and exported made from corn imported and landed of one of wharfs of Navigation and paid tonnage.
Half fine of £6 on Job Blick imposed by Clerk for false account of cargo of coals to be returned.
Discontinuation of coal trade at Wallbridge Wharf approved.
At a General half yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigaion held at the George Inn Stroud on Wednesday the 25^th day of April 1832

The Minutes of the last General half yearly Meeting, also the last Special General Meeting were read & confirmed. ~~ The several Books & Accounts were produced respecting the Affairs of the Company, (as directed by Act of Parliament) and were examined and confirmed.
It appears by the Accounts that the Sum of £3670..1..5 had been received for Tonnage, etc, from the 17^th day of October last to the 14^th day of April Instant; a part of which has been applied towards the payment of Wages, disbursments, etc, and that there remains in the Treasurers hand (after paying the last dividend) the Sum of £3327..19..1.
Ordered that a dividend of Sixteen Pound & ten Shillings be paid on each Share by the Treasurer on the first day of May next, & that our Clerk do transmit circular Letters to all the proprietors to inform the, that they may draw upon the Treasurers or apply to them for payment of the same.
The following Gentlemen are appointed a Committee for the ensuing Year:

Ordered that a Drawback of the whole of the present Tonnage be allowed on all Flour or other Produce of Corn carried down and exported from the Canal which Flour and other Produce of Corn shall have been made from Corn imported to and landed at one of the Wharfs of the Navigation and have paid Tonnage thereon accordingly.
Ordered that one half of the Fine of Six Pounds imposed by the Clerk of the Navigation on Job Blick for delivering a false Account of the Cargo of Coals carried by him on the Canal be remitted and returned by the Clerk to the said Job Blick.
Ordered that the Discontinuance of the Coal Trade lately carried on at the Walbridge Wharf be approved.
