There being only two Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
In the unavoidable absence of the Chairman M^r H R Hooper took the chair.
Bristol Road Bridge, Damage
It was reported that M^r Hopson was arranging for the necessary work to be carried out.

Application for permission to erect a telephone wire across the Canal at Stonehouse Works
The Committee noted that this had been allowed subject to a payment of a wayleave rent of 5/- a year payable in advance determinable by either side of six months notice in writing.
M^ Cookley, Framilode, Application to lay a half inch pipe in the towing path at Framilode
The application was agreed to on condition that M^r Cookley excavates the trench and replaces the soil firmly and in a workmanlike manner, that should circumstances arise necessitating the removal of the pipe M^r Cookley would do this. The Committee considered that a nominal charge of 10^s/ a year payable in advance would be fair and that a letter should be sufficient and that therefore no Agreement was necessary. The Chairman undertook to settle a letter for the Clerk to send to M^r Cookley.
