Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending December 1941 be paid.
£562 London & North Eastern Railway Company 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £56..4..0 and £510..19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £526..1..0* stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £582..5..0.
* £400 of the War Loan Stock has been sold to keep the Current Account in credit, but is still recorded as being to the credit of the Reserve Fund.
