Cheltenham Original Brewery Co to employ Mr Hopson to repair garden wall at Wharfhouse, Bath Road, Stroud.
RAF site at Saul Junction closed 1 December 1944. Reported that since1 April 1943 £154 3s 4d earned from tenancy.

There being only three Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Eastington Lockhouse, garden wall, Damage, U S Army
It was reported that the United States Army had paid £9..5..0 the amount of the Company's claim. The Cheque had been paid to the Company's account at Lloyd's Bank Ltd, Stroud.
Messrs Marling & Evans Ltd, Agreement, Water pipe across the Canal next Ebley Mills
The Agreement with Messrs Marling & Evans was produced. It was reported that the Agreement had already been started by Messrs Marling & Evans & the Committee authorised that the Seal of the Company be affixed thereto.
Wallbridge Office, Outbuildings
There was nothing to report.

The Clerk reported that the Surveyor for the Brewery Company had inspected the wall and would employ M^r Hopson to carry out the necessary work.
R A F Moorage at Saul
Notice has been received from the R A F that the site at Saul had been closed as from the 1^st Dec 1944, therefore the moorings had become vacant. Reported that £154,,3,,4 had been earned over the period of the tenancy viz: April 1^st 1943 to and including the month of November 1944.
Wharfhouse at Stonehouse, Roof Repairs
The Clerk reported that the repairs had been carried out by M^r Blick of Stonehouse, and were satisfactory.
Ordered that the next Meeting of the Committee be held at Wallbridge Office on Wednesday the 24^th day of January 1945 @ 3 o'clock pm and the General Half Yearly Meeting @ 3.30 o'clock pm on same day.
