At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Properties of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 24^th day of January 1945 @ 3.30 o'clock pm.
It appears that the sum of £408..16..4 has been received from the 1^st day of July 1944 to the 31^st day of December 1944 and a balance brought forward of £134..16..5 making a total of £543..12..9 of which sum £353..15..2 had been applied towards payment of Wages, Disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £198..17..7.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending 31^st December 1944 be paid.
£511..19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £526,,1,,0 and £183..17..8 3% National Defence Stock 1954-1958 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £709..18..8.
