[1946 Jany] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 23^d day of January 1946 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam.
There being only one Member of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Stroud and District Water Board, Service Water Pipe at Ryeford
There was nothing to report.
Sperry Gyroscope Coy Ltd, Blockhouse & Swing Bridge at Stonehouse
There was nothing to report.
Blunder Lock, Damage by Enemy Action
There was nothing to report.
Moorage, Junction Office - respecting Dingy at Whitminster, M^r Rowbotham of Stonehouse
The Chairman read a letter from the Clerk at the Junction Office respecting payment of a certain Moorage charge to which M^r Rowbotham had become liable. The Committee decied to await letter from M^r Rowbotham.
Bridgend Estate, Deposit of Waste Matter in the Canal
The Clerk reported that the Sanitary Inspector of the Stroud R D C had called at the Wallbridge Office with reference to the deposit in the Canal Waterway of refuse form the wooden Bungalows on the Bridgend Estate at Stonehouse. The Committee instructed the Clerk to write to the Sanitary Inspector agreeing to put up Notice boards as suggested.
