Following letter from War Department Land Office, estimate to be obtained from Mr Blick for the removal of the Bonds Mill Block House.

There being only two Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.

There was nothing to report.
Moorage at Whitminster, M^r Rowbotham
The Clerk at the Junction Office had reported that he had sent in another account to M^r Rowbotham. There was nothing further to report.
Canal, Lodgemore Pound, Frome Hall Meadow, Messrs Strachan & Coy Ltd
The Chairman read a letter he had settled which had been sent to Messrs Strachan.
Culvert next Lock at Bristol Road
The Clerk reported that repairs had been carried out.

The Chairman read a letter from the War Department Land Office. The Committee decided that an estimate be obtained from M^r Blick of Stonehouse for the removal of the Bloockhouse, etc.

After consideration the Committee directed that the matter stand over for further enquiry.
