The dividend warrant has been cashed by Rev C E Leighton. I could not understand how it had been cashed by a person not in the Share Book. The share is in your name and that of Mr Hall. Fill in this form instructing me to pay the dividend to Rev Leighton, the fee being 2s 6d.
