Remove the 'Diana'. Fallows said that you only sent one man to pump and raise her which was impossible; she presents a danger. The Act empowers us to get her up and charge you but we will not if you remove her within seven days. You are also liable to a fine of 5 to 10s for causing an obstruction and 1 to 2s for every hour of that obstruction after such a request is made.
