Enclosing a bill for costs, wages, etc for drawing water out of the pound at Eastington to enable you to raise your barge 'Diana'. Include it in your tonnage payment for last quarter. Have the 'Diana' removed as she will soon be down again and be constantly breaking away from her moorings if she floats as the current is swift where she is.
