Clerk to purchase timber for new swivel bridge at Framilode.
Daniels paid £1 for assisting getting iron out of boat at Chippenham Platt.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Wednesday the 17^th April 1839
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Holbrow, M^r Jos Fisher, M^r F Eycott, M^r Sam^l Fisher, M^r G H A Beard, M^r Hughes, M^r Wyatt.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
Ordered that our Clerk do write a letter to Mess^rs Marshall & Sons in reply to theirs under date of the 15^th Inst^t.
Ordered that our Clerk do purchase sufficient Timber for making a new Swivel Bridge across the Canal at Framilode, and for other purposes according to the Statement delivered by Burbidge in writing, and signed by him. Ordered that our Clerk do pay to __ Daniels One pound for assisting our Servants in getting Iron out of our Boat at Chippenhams plat. Ordered that 4 Doz^n of Sherry wine be procured from Mess^rs Martin & Co Gloucester.
