The 'Excelsior's' mast is 49 feet, length overall 69 feet and width 15 feet. It takes a barge one to one and a quarter hours to come up the 9 miles from Bullo to Framilode. I shall send you some particulars of charge changes T Bullo and Framilode due to the Severn Bridge.
