Regarding the brook near Bristol Road, the Company's liability as to clearing it only extends as far as the first cross brook, beyond that it falls to the owner or tenant of the land. We also expect the tenant to clear away fallen trees and overgrown bushes as they interfere with the flow of water downstream.
