At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Friday the 16^th Day of October 1840
Present: M^r Cosham, Richard Martin, M^r Jos Fisher, M^r Croome, M^r Beard, M^r Stanton, M^r Wyatt, M^r Eycott, M^r G Wathen, M^r Holbrow.
The Books & accounts of the Company were examined.
A Memorial was read from M^r Charles Bosley complaining of Charges made for warehousing Goods at the Warehouse at Dudbridge Wharf which appears to the Committee to be a reasonable cause of Complaint.
Ordered that the Representation be made to M^r George with an Intimation that the Company expect the Cause of Complaint to be removed otherwise they will be inclined to take the Warehouse into their own hands.
