Fri 9 Nov 1894
To Oliver Sittington, foreman
Eastington Yard

Summary

I understand that the barge 'Finis' blocked the Canal and stopped the traffic today although you were working nearby. It is your duty to attend to such matters. And if you cannot explain yourself you will be suspended. Tell James Powell he is almost as bad as you. You should have seen to the barge's removal. Read Rules 3 and 23.
