At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Friday February the 17^th 1843

M^r Sam^l Fisher, M^r Wathen, M^r Jos^h Fisher, M^r Beard, M^r Holbrow, M^r R Martin, M^r H^y Wyatt, M^r Croome, M^r P H Fisher, M^r Stanton, M^r Eycott, M^r Hughes.

The Resolutions of the last meeting of the Committee were read. It was resolved that M^r Mason should make enquiry as to the probable Cost of Iron Trunks instead of Brick and Stonework for the Culvert near Lockham Bridge [See Folio 3 page 278, Com Meet^g Nov^r 24 1818], and report the results to the next meeting & call a meeting as soon as he is in a Situation to report.
Ordered that M^r Sam^l Lawrence be paid his Demand of Seven Shillings.
Ordered that when any Communication is received from M^r Marling a Meeting of the Committee be immediately called.
Ordered that the following Bills be paid:
M^r George Basham's Balance: 18,4,11
Jn^o Tratman for a Rope: 1.0.6
M^rs Hicks for TImber Poles, etc: 15.6.11
M^r H^y Dangerfield: 1.12.-
Chas Bosley: 9.14.3
