Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 23^rd day of January 1929 @ 3 o'clock pm

It was reported that Mrs Penn had paid £2..- since the last Meeting.
Thames and Severn Canal
It was reported that £203..9..6 was standing to the credit of the Thames and Severn Canal Special A/c.
Rating and Valuation Act 1928
No report.
Roads Improvement Act 1925
It was stated that Mr Bloxam had written to the County Surveyor, & no reply had been received.
Stroud Gas C^o
The Stroud Gas C^o had agreed to pay £45..- a year rent for three pipes to the Canal at Downfield.
M^r Sibly
A letter from Mr Sibly addressed to Mr Marling was read to the Committee. M^r Sibly kindly consented to double the amount paid annually by the Wycliffe College, viz from £10 to £20..-. The Committee much appreciated M^r Sibly's offer & the Chairman undertook to express its thanks to him.
