It appears that the sum of £508..17..3 has been received from the 1^st day of July 1929 to the 31^st day of December 1929 and a balance brought forward of £75..15..5 from the last Account making a total of £584..12..8 of which sum £425..0..10 had been applied towards the payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £159..11..10.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending December 1929 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock valued at £395 and £562 in London and North Eastern Railway Co 4% second preference Stock valued at £325..19..2 and £29..6..0 including 6^s/11^d interest transferred to Revenue A/c, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd, Stroud, stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £750..12..1.
It was Resolved that M^r E P Little be re-appointed to the Committee.
