It appears that the sum of £553..9..1 had been received from the 1^st day of January 1930 to the 30^th day of June 1930 and a balance brought forward of £159..11.10 from the last Account making a total of £713..0..11 of which sum £568..7..8 has been applied towards payment of Wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £144..13..3.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1930 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½ Inscribed Stock valued at £395 and £562 London and North Eastern Railway Company 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £325..19..2 and £29..12..11 including 7^s/- Interest transferred to Revenue A/c, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd, Stroud stands to the credit of the Reserve A/c. making a total of £750..12..1.
It was Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed.
