The Chairman stated that he had received a reported from Mr Cullis which he read to the Committee and it was discussed and considered.

No reply had been received from the Sectional Surveyor.

No reply had been received.
Warehouse at Framilode
A letter from Mr W H Lewis of Priding Saul enquiring whether the Company would sell the Warehouse and some land at Framilode was considered and it was decided to ask Mr Lewis to state exactly what he wished to purchase and what offer he was prepared to make which would be placed before the Committee at its next Meeting.
