Thames & Severn Canal. Overflow at Wallbridge Lower Lock. H W Morgan, of Sir William Halcrow & Partners had walked Canal from Wallbridge to Framilode. Detailed examination of Canal at Stroud end.
Strachan & Co Ltd, Windows overlooking Canal at Lodgemore. Permission granted. Nominal rent one shilling a year. Six months notice of termination.
Canal property at Bristol Road. Repairs. Tenants Mr Davis and Mr Bailey. Estimate of £12 for Mr Davis’ house accepted. Estimate for Mr Bailey’s house to be obtained from Messrs Bradley and accepted if reasonable.
Stonehouse Wharf Sale. Letters from Messrs Lawson & Arnold and Mr Wiggall discussed.

Ebley Swing Bridge. Marling & Evans asked permission to erect permanent Bridge to their works. Swing bridge becoming worn out. Clerk to ask for plans.

Thames & Severn Canal. Overflow at Wallbridge first Lock. Clerk to enquire whether Sir William Halcrow & Partners were ready to submit report on Mr Morgan’s inspection of Canal in July. Evidence against Gloucestershire County Council.
Strachan & Co had agreed to Company’s terms and conditions re windows overlooking Canal at Lodgemore.
Marling & Evans Ltd. Ebley Mills Bridge. Permanent bridge cannot at present be agreed. Abandonment being considered. Permanent bridge might be agreed to, with provision for suitable pipe to pass beneath bridge.
