It appears that the sum of £440..11..1 has been received from the 1^st day of July 1931 to the 31^st day of December 1931 and a balance brought forward of £218..4..10 from the last Account making a total of £658..15..11 of which sum £390..14..7 had been applied towards the payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £268..1..4.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending December 1931 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock valied at £370 and £562 London & North Eastern Railway C^oy 4% 2^nd preference Stock valued at £157..7..2 and £29..12..4 including 6/6 Interest transferred to Revenue Account, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd, Stroud, stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund, making a total of £556..19..6.
