Summary

[1933 June] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 21^st day of June 1933 @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, Stanley Marling.
Only three Members being present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Meeting.
Lodgemore Culvert
An Estimate had been submitted by Mr Holbrow of Gloucester, after discussion the Committee decided that the matter must stand over for the present, the Clerk to proceed to carry out such repair as he may think possible, to obtain the necessary materials and to consult with Mr Stuart, of Strachan & Co Ltd, as to convenience.
Wycliffe College
M^r Toogood had agreed to pay £5..10.0 towards the cost of certain dredging and piling of the towing path next the bathing place.
Thames & Severn Canal
With reference to the recent Order of the Ministry of Transport for the abandonment of this Canal and the disposal of the whole of the undertaking it was resolved to write to the County Council stating that it was presumed that this was subject to the understanding on which this Navigation withdrew its objection.
Coffin Weir
M^r Wight having asked the Company for an extra gate to be put across the towing path at the Coffin Weir the Committee instructed the Clerk to meet Mr Wight and report to the next Meeting.
Next Meeting
Ordered that the next Meeting of the Committee be held at Wallbridge on the 26^th July 1933 @ 4 o'clock pm and the General Half Yearly Meeting @ 4.30pm on the same day.
