[1935] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on the 24^th day of July 1935 @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, Stanley Marling, R J C Little.
Only four Members of the Committee being present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Stonehouse Wharf House: Mre Paynter
The Clerk reported that the Wharf House at Stonehouse had been let to Mrs Paynter, at £20 a year rent, payable quarterly in advance, and that an Agreement had been signed. The Clerk was directed to inform Mrs Paynter, in reply to her letter, that in view of the fact that the Company are bearing the whole of the cost of the inside repairs and the Agreement had been signed they did not see their way to make any allowance off the rent.
Stonehouse Wharf and Stable: M^r Baker
The Clerk reported that Mr Baker had taken the portion of Wharf beyond the Stable at £10 a year rent, and the Stable at %3..- a year rent as from the 24^th June last, total yearly rent of £15..- to be paid quarterly in advance. The Company's agreement had been signed.
Wallbridge Wharf, Messrs Strachan & Coy
The Committee authorised the sealing of the Agreement which had been entered into with Messrs Strachan & Coy.
