I have received the Probate of the will of Rev A H Stanton. Formalities are required by Act of Parliament in relation to shares in the Company. I suggest you contact Messrs Little & Whittingham, the Company's solicitors to assist you. I will do my best to obtain a purchaser for the share. The next meeting of the Committee is 17 September: will you require the probate before that date?
