Sir
I should be Glad to Serve you In that Work Adjoining on to the Framiload Lock, but as you do not think well to Let me the same work According to the Proposals I sent you before I have Considered upon the matter and have made Some Adition to the Proposals sent before that is Including the Carriage of the Stone and the well Clearing of the Foundation of the said Wall at my Expence the Price must be Eight Shillings and three pence for Each Cubical Yard.
If you think well of it I should be Glad to have a line from you, All from your Humble, etc, Walter Bowen
