A Proposal for undertaking to make four Trunks with three Inches & half Elm plank to Convey the old River under the Stroud Water Navigation near Lockham Bridge.
To find Timber & Carpenters work for Ninepence per superficial foot of Plank and all the other Timber that is Necessary to be used in that place exclusive of the Trunks to be paid @ Customeary price for it and to have the Ironwork Delivered where it is to be used.
