Property at Dudbridge. Mr Bassett offered 5s a week rent, subject to Agreement of one or two years. Offer to be accepted but Clerk to see Mr Bassett with view to obtaining a better offer.
Wharfhouse at Wallbridge. Repairs W.C. Tenant complained about bad condition of walls and roof. Mr Hopson had carried out necessary repairs.

There being only two Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.

Property at Dudbridge, M^r Bassett
The Clerk reported that in accordance with the Minute of the last Meeting he had seen M^r Bassett. The Chairman read a letter from him in which he offered 5/- per week for the premises subject to an Agreement for one or two years. After discussion the Committee directed that if a better offer could not be obtained this offer be accepted, In the meantime the Clerk to see M^r Bassett with a view to obtaining a somewhat better offer.
