Wallbridge Wharf. Use of Wharf by Public. Door at Lodgemore end of Wharf locked. Notice to be put up at Wallbridge end stating that premises are private. Mr Hopson to supply notice board and lettering.
Moorage at Whitminster. Mr Parker of Portdinerwin N Wales. 5s a week charge.
Overhanging trees at Downfield. Stroud Technical Schools. Copy of Mr Wiggall’s report and account £1 15.0, expenses incurred in removal of branch obstructing flow of water in canal, to be sent to Mr Gadsden, Clerk to Governors.
Blockhouses on Canal property at Whitminster and Eastington. Letter 3 June from War Department Lands Office, Bath. Chairman to settle a reply.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 19^th day of June 1946 @ 3 o'clock

There being only three members of the Committee present there was no Quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Sperry Gyroscope Coy Ltd:, Block house and Swing Bridge
The Clerk reported that M^r Hopson had undertaken to go into the matter of submitting an estimate for the removal of the Block house and for any repairs required to the Swing Bridge.
Property at Dudbridge: M^r Bassett
It was reported that M^r Bassett's offer of six shillings a week had been accepted subject to an Agreement to be drawn up by the Company's Solicitors at M^r Bassett's expense.
Wallbridge Wharf: Use of Wharf by the Public
The Clerk reported that the door at the Lodgemoer end of the Wharf had been locked. It was ordered that a Notice be put up at the Wallbridge end of the Wharf stating that the premises are private. The Clerk was instructed to ask M^r Hopson to supply the Notice board and lettering.
Moorage at Whitminster: M^r Parker
The Chairman read a letter from M^r Parker of (?Portdineiwin) North Wales. The Committee directed that a charge of five shillings a week be made.
Overhanging Trees at Downfield: Stroud Technical Schools
The Chairman read a report by M^r Wiggall. The Committee directed that a copy of M^r Wiggall's report and account £1..15..0 + expenses incurred by the Navigation in the removal of a branch, which was obstructing the flow of water in the Canal, be sent to M^r Gadsden, Clerk to the Governors of the Stroud Technical Schools.
Blockhouses on Canal: Property at Whitminster and Eastington
The Chairman read a letter from the War Department Lands Office at Bath under date the 3^rd June. After discussion the Chairman undertook to settle a reply.
Ministry of Works and Planning: Pipeline at Whitminster
The Committee to take no action.
Next Meeting. ordered that the next Meeting be held at Wallbridge Office on Wednesday the 24^th day of July 1946 at 3 o'clock pm and the General Half Yearly Meeting @ 3.30 o'clock pm on the same day.
