Sperry Gyroscope Co. Ltd. Blockhouse and Swing Bridge. Messrs Sperry suggested inspection of bridge re damage done during their use. Iron swing pole could not be located. Company to give estimate for a replacement. T H & J Daniels to inspect.
Blockhouses at Whitminster and Eastington. Compensation. Clerk to reply to letter from Lands Officer, Bath. suggesting £1.0.0.
Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 18th September @ 3 o'clock pm 1946

There being only one Member of the Committee present there was no quorom but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation at the the next Committee.
Sperry Gyroscope Coy Ltd.; Block house and Swing Bridge
It was reported that M^r Hopson had not submitted an estimate for the removal of the Blockhouse. With reference to the Swing Bridge, Messrs. Sperry had written suggesting that the bridge be inspected and advise them what damage (if any) the bridge had sustained during their use, The iron Swing Pole could not be located & they suggested that the Company forward them an estimate for a replacement for their consideration. The Clerk was directed to get in touch with Messrs. T.H.& J Daniels to have it inspected.
Blockhouses at Whitminster and Eastington: Compensation
A Letter from the Lands Officer at Bath was read stating that the Company had not claimed any specific amount. The Clerk was directed to reply suggesting £1..0..0.
Cuckolds Brook: Culvert
The Chairman undertook to settle a reply to M^r. Redler's letter of the 6th. Decorating at 13. Wallbridge: M^r Hopson
The Clerk reported that the work had been commenced.
