Property Bristol Road Wharf. Chimney and roof. Fracture in end wall of house letting in rain to bedroom. Mr Hopson to attend to repairs. Window frames and whole house need attention.
Canal property damaged by recent gales. Clerk had visited properties with Mr Hopson.

There being only one Member of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Canal Property at Bristol Road Wharf - Chimney and Roof
Reported that M^r Hopson had done nothing yet in this matter. The Clerk further reported that there was a fracture in the end wall of the house which let in rain to the bedroom. M^r Hopson had promised to attend to this when the repair of the roof and Chimney is in hand. The window frames etc need attention. The house is in need of general attention.
Parklands estate - Water Supply, Mrs Best - Garage at Stonehouse, M^r Hack
In accordance with Minutes of last Meeting letters had been written to M^rs Best and to M^r Hack respectively.
Framilode Bridge - M^r Cookly
In accordance with Minute of last Meeting. a letter had been written to M^r Cookly.
Wallbridge Office Water in Cellar from the Thames and Severn Canal
The Chairman undertook to settle a letter for the Clerk to send to the Engineer in charge of the Canal.

The Clerk reported that he had visited various properties with M^r Hopson and he had promised his attention.
Framilode Bridge - County Surveyor
The Chairman read a letter from the County Surveyor and stated that he had settled a reply which the Clerk had sent to the County surveyor. Nothing further to report.
