Framilode Bridge. Mr Perry’s report received.
Stonehouse Wharf. Rates payable by Mr Skinner and Mr Hack. Mr Spinner thought arrangement included rates.
Lodgemore Culvert. Messrs Strachan, 15 August, warned Company that they would draw their Mill Pond at Lodgemore Mill and did so that night. Sluices against Painswick Stream failed to hold, water passed into Mill Pond from Canal through defective culvert under Canal. Level normal next day when sluices were lowered.

Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on
Wednesday the 20th day of August 1947 @ 3 o'clock pm Present W G S Bloxam R J C Little.
There being only two Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Framilode Bridge - M^r Perry's report
The Chairman stated that M^r Perry's report had been received. Ordered that a copy be sent to the County Surveyor.
Tree across the Canal at Ryeford - M^r Pearce of King Stanley
The Clerk reported that he had seen M^r Pearce at King Stanley and that he had promised his attention, he had written a letter to M^r Pearce but nothing had been done. The Clerk was directed again to get in touch with M^r Pearce.
Stonehouse Wharf - M^r Spinner Rates - M^r Hack Rates
In both these cases the tenants has been informed that the rates were payable by them. It appeared that M^r Spinner was of the opinion that the arrangement made with the Company included the rates. The Clerk was instructed to seek an interview with M^r Spinner.
Lodgemoor Culvert
The Clerk reported that Messrs Strachan Coy had, on the 15^th August, warned the Company of their intention to draw their Mill Pond at Lodgemoor Mills, that night, this was done. Their sluices against the Painswick Stream failed to hold, and water passed through the defective Culvert under the Canal. The level in the Canal was normal the next day when the Mill Pond sluices were lowered.
