Notice of Trespass from Purnell
Notice is hereby given that ... a Trespass has been committed by diging the Turf and destroying the Herbage of a Piece of Ground called Carter's Close belong to Jno Purnell & Co, under a pretended authority from one Mr Pridy, or from the ? Commissioners or Undertakes of the intended Canal Navigation from Wallbridge to Framilode their Clerks or Agents, if any further Trespass herein shall be committed by any Person of Persons under such pretended Authority or otherwise, he or they will be forthwith prosecuted for the same,
