Joseph Pearce proves the water running waste on Sundays and other days at Froombridge Mill 2y
Wm Clissold 65 says he has know Ebley Mill 20 years & has worked at sd mill most part of that Time sometimes pens ? from 1 Hr & sometimes 1 Hr & half ? gone rally within the Hour. They consistently drew up their Overfalls every Saturday night & let continu so till Monday morning during wch Time vast Quantities of Water run Waste he ? ? & that in the dryest Season a whole flood of water consantly runs waste. That ? sd Mill there is constantly & every day waste water when the mills above drawd down it ? overflows Ebley Mill Pond & considerable Quantities of water runs over the Gates which wod go into the Canal & be preserved for the benefit of the mills.
