To the Horourable the Commons of Great Britain in Parliament assembled
The Humble Petitions of the prinsible inhabitants of the market town of Stroud in the County of Gloucester
That your Petitioners are informed Application is to be made to this Honourable hous for a bill to make & maintain a navigation from the River Severn at or near Fremilode to Wallbridge ner the town of Stroud in the County of Gloucester.
That your Petitioners apprehend such navigation would be very beneficial to the trad and Commers of the adjacent Country and likewise to be of great publick Utility.
your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that such bill may Pass into a Law.
