Mr Lane to draft new act. To be read over on 26th September.
Petition to be carried forward to utmost, and taken to Gloucester Music Meeting.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud September 7^th 1775
Present: Will^m Dallaway in the Chair, Robert Elliss, Tho^s Baylis, Durley Wintle, James Winchcombe, Joseph Wathen, John Hollings.
Ordered that every Acc^t be ready to be settled this Day fortnight.
Ordered that M^r Land do forthwith Draw a Rough Draft of the new Act.
That the Pettition to the Members be forwarded to the Utmost, and carried to Glocester Musick Meeting.
The 26^th of September at 10 in the Morning is fix'd. to Read over the Act of Parliament.
That this Meeting be Adjourned to Thursday the 21^st of September next at five o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
