John Merrell to measure Mr Chance’s land.
Enough hard burnt bricks are to be carried by the our Team from Wallbridge to Ryeford to build the culvert and that none but Aberthaw lime be used for that purpose.
Men sent for by committee are to be allowed 6d for expenses, and no other charges to be allowed.

M^r Kings Account of Damages deffered till we have and interview with him.
Nothing yet Settled relative to the Church Yard at Stonehouse, M^r C: Gardner being ill.
Nothing yet Settled relative to M^r Chances Land. ~~ Ordered that M^r John Merrel be apply'd to in order to measure M^r Chances Land, and that M^r B: Grazebrook be desired to attend with him on that Business.
Nothing yet Settled relative to M^r Webbs Land. ~~ Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook be desired to apply to M^r Colborne to forward the Conveyance as soon as possible.
Ordered that a Sufficient Quantity of hard burnt bricks be carried by our Team from Wallbridge to Ryeford, in order to Build the Culvert, and that none but Aberthaw Lime be used for the purpose.
Ordered that M^r Lane be apply'd to by our Clerk, some day this week, to desire his attendance at a Meeting of the Commissioners at Caincross the 30^th Instant, and also to advise with him the mode of proceeding with M^r Chance, previous to the Meeting of the Commissioners.
Ordered that M^r Wathen be desired to write to George Augustus Selwin Esq^r informing him of the Meeting of the Commissioners, and desiring him to appoint a person to attend on his behalf to settle for his Lands.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that our Clerk do inform M^r Turner, that the Men sent for to attend the Meetings of the Committee, shall be allow'd 6^d each for their expenses, and that no other charge be made for them in the Bills, and that the Names of those Men to whom the Sixpences are allow'd be inserted in each Bill.
Ordered that M^r Baylis be desired to write to M^r Kemmett.
Ordered that M^r Frewin do produce the dimentions of the Brickwork in the Easton Lock at our next Meeting.
Adjourned the Meeting to Wednesday the 22^d Instance at Eleven o Clock in the forenoon at the Golden Cross in Cainscross.
