Samuel Keene measured Mr James' land. Balance due to £142 17s 4d.
Clerk to give notice to defaulters requesting them to pay their arrears before the General Meeting called for 8th October.
Ann Butler made claim for share 137 following death of John Wight.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday te 10^th day of September 1778

Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
M^r Martins Damages not yett Settled, Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do settle with him as soon as possible.
The Banks in M^r James's Land are altering to a more easy Slope.
Clement Atkins has proceeded to fresh stack the Bricks. Ordered that he do continue the same till the whole is restacked.
Our Clerk Reported that M^r Sam^l Keene has measured M^r James'e Land, and that the Ballance due to the same amounting to the Sum of One Hundred and forty two Pounts Seventeen Shillings and four pence is paid.
Deffer'd entering into any Contract with Edward Edge till next Meeting.
Ordered that our Clerk do procure Teams to Hall the Ragg Stone to Ryeford.
Ordered that the General Meeting of Proprietors be held at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 8^th day of October next at 11 o Clock in the forenoon, and that the same be advertised in the Glocester Journal the two preceeding weeks.
Ordered that our Clerk do give Notice in writing to all the Defaulters requesting them to pay their arrears Prior to the General Meeting, and likewise to inform the that all Defaulters will be then Reported.
Ann Butler one of the Executerix's and residuary Legate of John Wight late of Tetbury Clerk deceased, made out her Claim to the Tickett N^o 137, late the property of the said John Wight.
Adjourned the Meeting to Tuesday the 21^st Instant at 5 o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
