At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Tuesday the 22^d day of September 1778
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, John Allaway, Thomas White, Ben^m Grazebrook.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
M^r Martins Damages not Yett Settled. Ordered that it be done as soon as Possible.
Ordered that M^r James's Banks be finished as soon as possible.
Posponed the agreement with Edward Edge till a future Meeting.
Ordered that the foundations of the Walls at Ryeford be imediately dug out.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Six Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that the Rubish be cleared from behind all the Lock Gates on the Navigation.
Ordered that the Water be kept out of the Aqueduct at Ebley for Six Days after it is finished, in Order that the Mortar may gett dry.
Adjourned the Meeting to Thursday the 1^st of October next at 5 o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
