Edward Edge’s workers not to trespass on Mr Chambrey’s land by making paths through his ground and a hut and saw pit to be removed.
Mr Keck ordered to attend the next meeting.
Door of the house at Easton Lock to be moved to side next to the road.
The island at Easton be prepared to have the quick planted for a mound as soon as possible.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 21^st day of January 1779
Present: James Winchcombe, Freame Arundell, Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, John Allaway.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Ordered that the whold Acc^t of Stone and Brick work done by Mess^rs Bough & Edge be produced as soon as possible.
Rece'd M^r Kings Acc^t for Stoping his Mill amounting to the Sum of Six Pounds; Ordered that the same be paid, together with his Bills for Damages & Halling, amounting in the whold to the Sum of £35:11 on M^r Kings giving a proper discharge for the same.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the sum of Three Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do Settle with M^r Kidman for his Damages.
Ordered that Ew^d Edge and his people do not trespass on M^r Chambers by making paths thro' his Ground, also that the Hutt on the s^d Land be pulled down, and the saw pitt fill'd up.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do waite on M^r Hill on the Subject of his Letter to M^r Winchcombe, and propose five Guineas to be expended in any form he shall think proper for his accommodation.
Ordered that our Clerk do inform M^r Lane that if M^r Ellis Sen^o and M^r Rob^t Ellis will Join with M^r Tho^s Ellis in the Conveyances will shall then be ready to Close that Buisness at any time.
Ordered that M^r Keck be desired to attend the next Meeting.
Ordered that the Door of the House at Easton Lock be removed to the side next the Road at a proper time.
Ordered that the Wharf at Easton be Cleared as soon as Possible.
Ordered that the Island at Easton be prepared to have the Quick planted for a Mound as soon as possible.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 28^th Instant at Three o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
