Mr James’s banks are now being prepared to be sowed.
Two new sides to be fixed on the side of the weir at Ebley Mill.
The passage for the water from the flood gates at Ebley Mill Pond is to be arched over.
Mr Baylis reported that the proportion of land tax in the parish of Painswick does not exceed one third of the Rack Rent.
Benjamin Grazebrook to meet with Mr Webb and propose that the meadows at Wallbridge be rated at £7 to the land tax and have Mr Webb answer the same.
Benjamin Grazebrook to inform Mr James that we do expect he will replace the gate which he has taken away before this day Sennight (7 nights and 7 days) otherwise he must suffer the consequences.
Cross rails to be put up in Mr Simpson’s orchard, and Mr Cook’s, to prevent people trespassing on the banks.
Banks between Harry’s orchard and Ryeford to be disposed of for £60.

No answer Yett Rece'd from M^r Baxter; Ordered that our Clerk do again write to M^r Baxter and desire his Answer imediately.
M^r B: Grazebrook Reported that he has waited on the Rev^d M^r Davis, and that he has promised to give his answer in a fortnight.
M^r James's Banks are now preparing, to be sow'd according to M^r Allaways Directions.
M^t Tho^s Ellis's Bill produced for Land & Damages, amounting to the Sum of £74:19:6. Ordered that the same be imediately measured on our behalf and Paid, on M^r Ellis adding to his Bill the Bitt of Land necessary for a Road to M^r Turners Meadow, which may also be discharged at the same time.
Ordered that two of the Flood Gates at Ebley Mill Pond be removed nearer the Mill, and the remainder (with the Addition of two new sides) to be fix'd on the side of the old Wear.
Ordered that the Passage for the water, from the Flood Gates at Ebley Mill Pond, be Arch'd over.
M^r Baylis Reported that the proportion of Land Tax in the Parish of Painswick does no exceed one third of the Rack Rent. Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do waite on M^r Webb & propose that the Meadows at Walbridge be Rated at Seven Pounds to the Land Tax; and have M^r Webbs answer to the same.
Ordered that M^r Hayes be desired to attend at Ebley, with M^r B: Grazebrook, to give directions to have such part of M^r Turners Pond fill'd up as they shall see necessary, and to order the Surplus Earth to be reserved for M^r White.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do inform M^r James that We do expect he will replace the Gate which he has taken away before this day Sennight, otherwise he must suffer y^e Consequence.
Ordered that some Cross Railes be putt up in M^r Simpsons Orchard, and Likewise in M^r Cooks, to prevent People tresspasing on y^e banks.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook do inform M^r Merrett Stephens that We are ready to dispose of all the Banks between little Harrys Acre and Ryford at £60 per Acre.
Ordered a Bill be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of One Hundred and Forty Nine Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Sevenpence half Penny. Likewise a Bill on the Treasurer for Two Hundred Pounds.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 13^th Instant at five o Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
