The clerk is to make application to seven Commissioners to desire them to summon a meeting of the Commissioners on 24 August to settle some differences between the land owners and the Company of Proprietors.
Mr Keck is to be paid £100 on account.

Confirmed the Order relative to M^r Chances Posts & Railes.
Our Clerk Reported that he has waited on Mess^rs Lane & Jepson and that they are preparing for the Tryal at the ensueing Assises with M^r Halliday Phillips.
Ordered that our Clerk do make application to Seven Commissioners to desire them to Sumon a Meeting of the Commissioners to be held at the George Inn in Stroud on Tuesday the 26^th Instant at Nine o'clock in the forenoon in order to settle some Differences between the land Owners and the Company of Proprietors.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that M^r Keck be paid One Hundred Pounds on Account.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 19^th Ins^t at 5 o'clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
