Sale of land at the side of Dudbridge Lock confirmed.
Also confirmed the agreement with Thomas Ellis of a road through his land.
The building of lock houses to be postponed until further order.
Sale of withy trees to be postponed until further order.
A warehouse be immediately erected at Wallbridge and that an apartment be made at one end of the same for the person who attends it. Likewise one other warehouse at Dudbridge.
Leaks in Mr Cook’s and Mr Halliday’s land be immediately repaired.
Mr Keck to be paid £50 on account.
Orders of the [Severn] Commissioners at several meetings to be carried into execution.
Waste of water at upper gates of Double Lock to be immediately prevented.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 16^th of September 1779
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas White, John Hollings, Thomas Baylis, James Dallaway, Benjamin Grazebrook, Anthony Keck.

We do Confirm the agreement entered into by Mess^rs Wathen and Hollings, With M^r Chance relative to the Bitt of Land on the side of the Lock at Dudbridge. ~~ We do also Confirm the agreement entered into by Mes^rs Wathen, Winchcombe, Knight, Hollings and Dallaway with Thomas Ellis Esq^r for a Road thro' his Land.
Our Clerk Reported that he has waited on Mess^rs Lane & Jepson, but not finding M^r Baxter there, has left the setting of that Business with Mess^rs Lane & Jepson.
Ordered that the Building of three Lock Houses (directed at the last Meeting) be posponed till further orders.
Ordered that the sale of the Withy Trees be posponed till further orders.
Ordered that a Warehouse be imediately erected at Wallbridge, and that an apartment be made at one end of the same for the person who attends it. ~~ Likewise one other Warehouse at Dudbridge on the like Constructions, and that the Committee do attend at Ten o'clock tomorrow Morning to fix the Spotts where the same shall be erected, and also upon what Plan they shall be Built.
Ordered that the Leaks in M^r Cooks and M^r Hallidays Land be imediately Repaired.
Ordered that M^r Ellis's Bill for Land and Damages amounting to the sum of £74..19..6 be imediately paid.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that M^r Keck be paid £50 in Account.
Ordered that all the orders of the Commissioners at the several Meetings be carried into execution as soon as Possible.
Ordered that the waste of water at the upper Gates of the Double Lock be imediately prevented.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 30^th Instant at five o'clock in the Afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
