Summary

A quick mound to be planted between Mr Webb’s land and the brick yard at Wallbridge and that the hedge next to the quay be immediately laid.
Tiles on the cage at Wallbridge to be used on new warehouse.
John Gleave’s wages be immediately reduced to half a guinea a week.
Wooden house at the wharf at Ryeford be brought up to the wharf at Wallbridge.

At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 18^th of November 1779
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Fream Arundell, James Dallaway, Ben^m Grazebrook.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
The Posts and Railes are put op agreeable to the Order of the last Meeting.
The Committee have not yet staked out the land necessary to be Purchased of Jn^o Butcher.
Our Clerk Reported that he has waited on Tho^s Pettat Esq^r to know if he approves being a Trustee for the Money for M^r Phillips Land when paid into the Funds; M^r Pettat says he has no Objection provided M^r Sandford will be Joint Trustee with him.
Ordered that our Clerk do write to Robert Sandford Esq^r to inform him that he is appointed with Thomas Pettat Esq^r Trustees in this Business, and to request him to inform his Brother of the same, and hope it will meet his approbations, also to request the favor of his imediate answer.
Ordered that a Quick Mound be imediately Planted between M^r Webbs Land and the Brick Yard at Wallbridge; also that the Hedge next the Quay be imediately layed.
Ordered that Geo: Maskells Account be produced at the next Meeting.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer of the Sum of One Hundred Pounds.
Ordered that the Tyle be taken off the Cage at Wallbridge & put on the Warehouse, and that the Defficicency be made up with Trougham Tyle.
Ordered that our Clerk do waite on Mess^rs Lane & Jepson to inquire into the state of M^rs Balls affairs, and likewise of the mode of payment of the money for M^r Phillips Land.
Ordered that John Gleaves Wages be imediately reduced to half a Guinea per Week.
Ordered that the Wooden House at the Wharf at Ryford, be imediately brought up to the Wharf at Wallbridge.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 2^nd of December next at Nine o'Clock in the forenoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
