Benjamin Grazebrook has seen Mr Keck who will take down the wall and repair it when the weather is better. He will be responsible for any consequences which may attend the delay.
William Franklin is to take down and rebuild the guard walls on the bridge at Dudbridge before last 2 guineas of account is paid.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 30^th December 1779
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Thomas White, James Dallaway, Ben^m Grazebrook, Fream Arundell.

The Committee have not yet staked out the Land of M^r Butcher.
Our Clerk Reported that he has furnished Mess^rs Lane & Jepson with the particulars of M^r Phillips Land at Ryford. ~~ Orderd that M^r Phillips be desired to attend on Tuesday Evening next.
M^r Grazebrook Reported he has waited on M^r Keck, who says he is under no Apprehension of the Locks falling, but that at a proper season he do intend to take down that part which is given way, and Rebuild the same, and be accountable for any Consequence which may attend it.
Ordered that M^r Grazebrook do waite on M^r Hill and make him an offer of Five Guineas, to be expended in any form he may approve of, for fencing the Road over the Bridge leading to his House.
Agreed to Lett the Corner Piece of Arable Land at Ryford to Sam^l Smith till Lady day next for fifteen Shilling and 2^d per Ton for all Coals which he may put on said Land.
Ordered that M^r Frankins Acc^t be settled and the ballance Paid, except two Guineas, which is agree'd to be left in hand till the Guard Walls of the Bridge are taken down and Rebuilt and when the same is Completed to be paid two Guineas more.
Adjourned this Meeting to Tuesday the 4^th January next at Nine o'Clock in the Morning at y^e George Inn in Stroud.
